I just tried to add a change note to a ticket and got a traceback from roundup on bugs.darcs.net, ending with: File "/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/roundup/instance.py", line 73, in get_backend_name IOError: [Errno 24] Too many open files: '/var/lib/roundup/trackers/darcs/db/backend_name'

Zooko, This ticket was reported some time ago, and I haven't been able to reproduce it for several months. I guess the problem was fixed already, so I'm closing this ticket. You can reopen it by replying to this email with more information.
