We currently auto-close issues when tools/update_roundup.pl sees an
incoming patch of the form "^[Rr]esolve issue([[:digit:]]+):".  Please
extend this code to add the "Confirmed" tag to issues when this script
sees an incoming patch of the form "^[Aa]ccept issue([[:digit:]]+):".

I'm not a fan of the 'Confirmed' tag myself (because I think it's hard to use
consistently and is better modeled by the status field and the 'Provisional' tag
for cases where we aren't even sure if patches really are welcome).  So until
the next issue manager comes along, wont-fix.  Rah!
