I think it would be nice to have a feed for (at least) new tracker issues, so we 
can announce them in #darcs . Eric pointed me to http://www.mechanicalcat.net/tech/roundup/wiki/FeedGeneration and I'm looking into 
it.

Now installed, and hopefully causing no breakage; please report any. The feed url 
is http://bugs.darcs.net/_file/feed.rss .

Disabled again, since updating this issue breaks (traceback attached). When one of 
us feels like taking this up again, see the disabled feedwriter.py in 
/var/lib/roundup/trackers/darcs/detectors and the instructions at http://markpasc.org/code/rsswriter .

Fixed an obsolete variable name, maybe working now.

FYI it's pretty dumb, creating a new feed item for each issue update.

Disabled again; a new error encountered when updating.
