Yikes! Thanks for pointing this out!  I need to investigate this
matter.

Normally, roundup automatically creates an account for everybody who
interacts via email, so if you can work out your account name
(incidentally, 'dan', then you can use the 'Lost Login' form to
reset/create your password)

You can always reply to bugs@darcs.net with [issue1817] in the
subject line.

Fixed.  This was due to the roundup 1.4.13 upgrade -- the 'Create'
user permission was renamed to 'Register' user, but I failed to
update the template to go with it.
