Hi, "apply" without "--reply" uses non-zero codes to indicate errors. "apply --reply", on the other hand, terminates with exit status 0 even if it fails to apply a patch. I'm not sure it a bug, but it is a strange difference in the behaviour that does not look useful. Ilya
