Doing darcs push --to-patch "NAME", darcs rejects the option.

I expected it to work since push does support --patch and --match, and I 
thought the convention was that --from/to variants are also supported in 
this case.

Observed with darcs 2.8.1 on osx and darcs 2.8.0 on ubuntu.
