1. Summarise the issue (what were doing, what went wrong?)

I amended a patch with an existing long comment, using --prompt-
long-comment and when asked chose 'n' (i.e. don't add a long 
comment). This had the result of deleting the long comment on the 
patch.

2. What behaviour were you expecting instead?

The long comment should be retained in this case.

3. What darcs version are you using? (Try: darcs --exact-version)
