I tried to merge patches from my work repository to my home one and
Darcs terminated with a bug in _pending_buggy or something like that.

This bug should be fixed in darcs 1.0.4.  It is also usually harmless, so
there shouldn't be a problem with your repository.  Thanks for the bug
