The Darcs roundup entry page contains the following text:

NOTE: We are in the middle of a transition between bug trackers. The old
RT bug tracker is still available at http://otherbugs.darcs.net. Please
check there to see older bugs.

However, during around two weeks, I have never been able to connect to
that site. Actually, the site is responding, but the page I get is a
"500 Internal server error" one. There's some nice Javascript login form
in the page's raw source, but it's not displayed.

Please check whether the server needs a gentle nudge, or if it's not
supposed to be there anymore, perhaps the text with the pointer there
should be changed or removed.

Thanks for pointing this out, Era.  When the darcs server was having
mail issues, David brought this down to help debug and decided that
it wasn't really worth bringing it back up.

David, perhaps we should just go ahead and remove this notice?
