I can see what the nx_grp_g.png is supposed to look like (and have recorded a patch to fix it), but can't see what image should be crossref.png. Any ideas? The text version of [*] doesn't look bad to me. David

Any ideas? Based on the context, I would guess that crossref.png is supposed to be a dynamically generated image which contains only the text of the intended cross-reference. For example: "See the documentation for DARCS_APPLY_FOO in Chapter [crossref.png] for details." Thanks, Walter
