I'm reading the Darcs 2 manual, and I've just seen that > Darcs get is now much faster, and always operates in a "lazy" fashion, > meaning that patches are downloaded only when they are needed. I hereby object. Lazy patch downloading is a stupid idea, it completely breaks Darcs' largest advantage -- easy disconnected operation. Lazy should not be the default, it ought to need to be explicitly enabled by users who want the flexibility of CVS combined with the speed of Monotone. Juliusz

Fortunately, lazy is not the default, so this is a bug in the manual.
