Issue	Issue398 diff => No such file or directory (1.0.7, Windows)

jmvilaca, can you think of anything unusual about your setup that would trigger
this error?

Can try running

darcs diff --diff-cmd='ls %1 %2'

and

darcs diff --diff-cmd=pwd

and let us know what the output is in each case?
