Issue	Issue834 windows executable doesn't come with libcurl functionality

I don't really understand the issues here, but I notice that configure complains
about curl-config being missing... which seems to be the case for the libcurl
and curl from the official http://curl.haxx.se

Do we have to build libcurl from src or something?
