This patch fixes this bug. If the global cache doesn't exist (the directory ~/.cache/darcs) and we clone a repository that is already in our file system, the first inventory (which appears in hashed_inventory) is not being copied to the global cache. Indeed, the patches listed in the origin repository's hashed_inventories were not copied to the cache before this patch. Only remark; the patch name (ie, the first line) could have been more descriptive of the patch itself rather than the problem it addresses. Like "Ensure all files are copied to bucketed cache when absent." Accepted.
