With this bundle I'm attempting to sort shell tests that
pertain to some particular darcs command. Over time, these
shell tests get abundant, and in some cases there are
duplications. To avoid letting duplication creep in,
I merged shell tests for specific commands when it made sense.
Cases where it does *not* make sense would be interactions
between different commands.
Before this bundle we had 428 *.sh files in ./tests, now
we have 374, ie, 54 fewer files.
