Author: Ben Franksen <ben.franksen@online.de> Date: Fri Sep 29 15:25:47 CEST 2017 * add ApplyState (PrimOf p) ~ ApplyState p to RepoPatch constraints This was listed as todo as soon as we required ghc > 7.2, which has been the case for quite some time; in fact the minimum ghc version is now 7.10. This allows to remove the extra constraint from all functions that require RepoPatch p anyway, and also to remove two ugly and inefficient hacks (D.R.State.readPendingLL and D.R.Pending.readNewPendingLL).
