I'm rollbacking the code that shows conflicts on whatsnew -s due to its poor performance, and to prepare the 2.14 release of Darcs. When we have something well-designed ready, we will reintroduce this feature. See http://bugs.darcs.net/issue2541 Attachments no-longer-show-conflicting-files-on-whatsnew-_s.dpatch
