Please note that this fixes only the non-interactive variant. When you do 'darcs whatsnew -i' and use the 'v' key to display context, it is still broken, exactly as all the other commands that interactively select prim patches. See issue2568 for details.

Looks correct (with Ben's caveat that it does not solve the interactive case), let's accept it.
