2 patches for repository http://darcs.net:

I tested this with buildbot-try but unfortunately, did not get any new
insight on whether test-framework works on Windows or not.

The problem on Windows to be that Setup.lhs still does not find the darcs-test
binary we have just built.

So time for me to give up and get to work :-)

Petr (sorry to pick on you!), could you work out why Setup.lhs seems to 
be complaining that we haven't configured with -ftest? (which should be 
completely unnecessary now, right?)

More progress, but what looks like bad news both on the buildbot
and on the darcs-test front:

A. darcs-test.exe: getConsoleCursorInfo: invalid argument (Neplatn� popisova.)
   darcs-test.exe: DeleteFile: permission denied (Proces nem� pY�stup k souboru, neboe jej...)

B. this is reported as test successful

Another bunch of fixes to the shellrunner. I have reviewed Eric's part of this
