Concretely speaking, every one of these entries should correspond to an
entry in the bug tracker, and the pages should be merged.  I suppose we
should just retire any requests that have already been completed.

Florent has started cleaning up the darcs 2 page, and says he has removed
developer-specific docs from here (in case anybody wants to fish them out)

I've tagged all requests with ticket numbers.  I don't think it's easy to merge
these two pages, as GSoC projects have special properties (ie. 3 months of work)
