Trent suggests we pull in DWN content on the front page

There may be more we can do.  For me, the point would be to help potential users
get a feel for how active the darcs community is (which would help them decide
if darcs is a safe investment or not)

If one wants to work on this issue, where is the repository containing the 
front page content?

It'd also be nice to show dates for darcs-beta releases on Hackage so 
people know there's progress.

It's all static right now, in the doc/ directory of http://darcs.net (ie. 
the same as the repo of the source code)
