What we want to get out of this issue are users who can quickly get started
using darcs send even if they don't have sendmail or some other MTA set up.

We need somebody to partially rewrite the darcs send documentation so that it is
very clear how to make darcs send work with a null mailer, and in issue906, we
had established that mstmp was the way to go.
