I would like to mirror a repository in it's entirety. This includes checkpoints. 
Maybe --complete should be changed to get checkpoints, and a --no-checkpoints 
flag should be added.

darcs get --complete <repo> # get the _entire repo_
darcs get --complete --no-checkpoints <repo> # skip checkpoints

I nominate this for "wont-fix", because I think the recommended practice now is
to use lazy repos if you want a behavior like partial, and these don't require
checkpoints, making this a moot point. 

Adding more features related to partial repos would only encourage their use.
