Would it be possible to make darcs annotate more usefull by, for example, 
trying to mimic cvs annotate output ?

This is a command pretty useless at this time from a terminal emulator.
(at least there is some kludge around to 'reannotate' but I'd rather avoid 
using 3rd parties to deal with annotations).

I would appreciate one or two mockups, perhaps also with the existing
output for the same data, so that the benefits of this work are clear.

I was chatting with Johan Tibell about this, and he suggested this output:
  LineNum Author Line

...which does seem like it would be more immediately useful.  Maybe this should
be darcs annotate, and the full output darcs annotate -v

Johan also points out that we should probably have a second look at the other
revision control systems to see

Wont-fix'ing this as (not quite) a duplicate of issue25.

In the future we may decide that the new command implemented by issue25 deserves
to be called annotate and get rid of that.
