If we agree we're doing last regrets, we could use it as an opportunity 
to emit some extra information.

For example, in the case of darcs send:

(Patches would be be sent to foo@example.com)
Would you like to send these patches? [Yn...]

Or in the case of issue75

(Backup bundle would be saved in _darcs/obliterate/2014-03-29-wobble-
the-flibbitzens.dpatch)
Would you like to obliterate these patches?
