1. Summarise the issue (what were doing, what went wrong?)

darcs init
# hack, create patches
darcs send -o my-whole-repo.dpatch
darcs failed: Missing argument: [REPOSITORY]

2. What behaviour were you expecting instead?

A patch bundle.

Basically we should maybe consider the possibility of treating the lack 
of a repo argument as an invitation to create a bundle in the empty 
context.  Are there any bad UI interactions in this idea?  Watch out 
also for things like “the email address this should be sent to is…”
