Note that this might be a permissions problem (and bad reporting on darcs's
part). A friend of mine just experienced the problem and managed to fix it by
solving the permissions stuff.
Stefan, could you please try doing a darcs get of your repository? If you are
experiencing the same problem as my friend, you should get a complaint about not
being able to read a specific patch. A good chmod should do the trick.

This is the same error in the same line as issue352,
allthough the cause of the mising Maybe is maybe not related.

With no further follow-up from the reporter since 2006, and no "me toos" since
2006, I consider this bug "presumed-dead".
