1. Summarise the issue (what were doing, what went wrong?)

Look at the docs here:

They say currently say:
"Some darcs commands export to the posthook command information about the 
changes being made."

2. What behaviour were you expecting instead?

I expected *which specifics commands provide this feature to be documented. I 
could guess-and-check without the docs.  The docs should provide authority on 
the behavior.

3. What darcs version are you using? (Try: darcs --exact-version)

Darcs 2.9.6.
