I expected that 'darcs amend-record' would let me change the title of a
patch, or the comments attached to it.  But alas, no.

I believe the reason for not being able to change the patch name is that
it is part of the patch's identity.  By renaming it, you are creating a
different patch.  But I don't think there is any technical reason why
you can't change the log.  A while ago I started looking into what would
be involved in supporting that but then I got distracted by something
shiny.

There's already a wish list item for amend-record to handle
renaming and long comment editing (somewhere) that we should
merge this issue with.
