I 'm using darcs 1.09rc1 packaged by the ubuntu team (gutsy). When I
try to get my repository via http (availlable publicly at:
http://till.varoquaux.free.fr/projects/mini_js) I get:

the exact version is:

This error can be reproduced on darcs 1.1.0.pre1 (compiled locally).

Sorry to hear this, Till :-(

Is this a --partial get by any chance?  For now, I'm marking this as a duplicate
as the sadly longstanding issue364 and its cousins.  But if it is a non partial
get, then we might have something new on our hands.

This test case has gone 404, so it's not useful any longer for helping to track
down the bug. The failing URL is:
