Going in (after a quick glance at the code).
Two cultural shifts I'm trying to be part of here:
* re-affirming darcs' doacratic roots - yes, we need to discuss things
and give due consideration to the UI because coherence is important (we
want darcs to hang together), but at the end of the day, somebody is
going to have to write the code
* remembering that perfect is the enemy of good - it's more important
for us to have a non-ideal implementation we can change later than none
at all (of course if the implementation is more harmful than helpful,
that's a different story)
Now hopefully we can reconcile a hypothetical Design led future with
doacracy :-)
