When using get, it would be nice to have a line
"We have history upto: <tag>"
where tag is the last tag we have downloaded. This would make it less of a
guesswork to know when to hit ^C.

The following patch updated the status of issue1165 to be resolved:

Make darcs get print the following as its progression indicator:
42/1664 back to: TAG ada strawberry
Where "ada strawberry" is the most recent tag that was effectively fetched.
This makes it easier to know when to hit Ctrl-C
