It would be nice if we had some means of aggregating darcs-related blogs,
perhaps something like a planet.darcs.net to go with our blog.darcs.net

I have experimented with friendfeed (which is useful because it also lets us
post one-off links) but it seems to have a bug where importing a category feed
results in just the whole blog being imported.

Another option: it's easy for me to set up another planet based on the  
Venus software, on my server behind an apache proxy on darcs.net,  
managed by darcs. I run http://planet.squeak.org that way. Longer-term  
setting it up directly on darcs.net would be better, I can do that but  
I imagine it will take longer.

Based on irc discussion and guessing there won't be much further discussion, I 
set up http://planetdarcs.joyful.com for preview. This updates hourly and is 
ready for proxying. David if you'd like to do this, I believe you need to set up 
a dns record for planet.darcs.net and then apache2ctl graceful. I've added a 
proxy config to the top of /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/001-bugs, which ideally 
you should move to its own file, writable by me in case I didn't get it right 
first time.

Or try the cname option of issue1180.

blog.darcs.net is looking good! David, I see you weren't nosy on this issue - 
would you like to add a similar cname for planet.darcs.net -> 67.207.134.40 ?
