Why is darcs not using darcs transfer-mode on Windows?

Matthew, could you send us some darcs push --debug output from Windows?

Salvatore, do you have any thoughts on the matter?

I will get you this trace, but it will take me some time as I have to create
the same environment that caused this to occur. Give me a bit.

Hi Matthew, This bubbled up to the top in our bugtracker maintenance cycle. Any
chance you'd be able to get us that debugging information?  It's perfectly OK if
you can't, but do let us know.  Thanks!

OK here I need a Windows-using volunteer.

The context is that Matthew posted on
http://blog.patch-tag.com/2009/02/25/sftp-support-added-to-patch-tag/ saying
that he had added sftp to the patch-tag jail so that Darcs (2) would work.  But
we know that if we have darcs 2 on the remote end, there shouldn't need to be
sftp at all.  So we need to figure out why Darcs is calling SFTP.

Perhaps somebody with a patch-tag account on Windows could do a darcs push
--debug and send us the log?
