My thinking is that the "invalid" priority would be for things which are just
bogus, either spam or things which aren't actually bugs.

http://bugs.darcs.net/priority6 says the silly wishlist priority was retired in 
2005. I haven't been able so far to rename it, unretire it, find out why it's 
still showing up, or find support from the roundup folks. It seems my roundup fu, 
such as it was, has dispersed. We should look for more bodies for roundup 
maintenance.

It seems to be a recurring problem, people, priorities and issues being
retired and then us not being able to do anything else with them:

I've restored silly-wishlist (priority6) and renamed it to 'invalid'
