1. Summarise the issue (what were doing, what went wrong?)

I said:

$ darcs replace foo bar

darcs suceeded, but did nothing.

2. What behaviour were you expecting instead?

I'd like darcs to tell me that I'm stupid, and that I forgot to give any
files to replace in.

3. What darcs version are you using? (Try: darcs --exact-version)
