2. What behaviour were you expecting instead?
A prompt asking me whether I want to edit the long comment. The above
example had no changes in the repo but I verified that making some
changes did not change the behaviour.
Amend-unrecord behaves the same.
The --prompt-long-comment option *does* work with 'darcs record'. The
option is also listed as a valid option for both amend-record and
amend-unrecord.
