Hi,
darcs 2.8.5 builds fine with terminfo-0.4, which is shipped with
GHC-7.8. But even darcs 2.10 depends on terminfo == 0.3.*. Is there a
good reason for that, or just an oversight?
Or should darcs not be built with terminfo, even if possible?
Greetings,
Joachim

It should definitely be built with terminfo (AFAIK) if that is avaiable.
Perhaps the intent was to make the constraint
terminfo >= 0.3
rather than == 0.3.* ?
The following patch sent by Ben Franksen <benjamin.franksen@helmholtz-berlin.de> updated issue issue2451 with

* resolve issue2451: allow terminfo 0.4.*
