darcs pull --dry-run --interactive could be useful for exploring a remote repository, for example to see dependencies between patches. --all should be the default when using --dry-run, but using --interactive should be possible. Additionnaly, it would be nice to be offered the option to do a dry run before commiting the changes just after having finished selecting the patches.
