1. Summarise the issue (what were doing, what went wrong?)

> darcs whatsnew --boring
No changes!

2. What behaviour were you expecting instead?

There are lots of boring, untracked files in my working tree and I
expected to see them shown.

3. What darcs version are you using? (Try: darcs --exact-version)

Head of screened (up to 4781040a79399f20bdba06497ea2ec28eb635577)

4. What operating system are you running?

Ubuntu 14.04

Forgot the -l switch but the result is the same.
